Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To ensure your return reaches us safely, we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the quality and integrity of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized, custom, or made-to-order items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original tags (if applicable)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Because inventory is limited, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
