Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. During new launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $70 (before taxes and discounts)
  • Shipping rates for orders under $70 are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected.

Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Love, Opal is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Love, Opal is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
